Example

I dream I'm driving on a country road through vineyards stretched out in the sun, when the car goes out of control. I'm much frightened, when suddenly the car lifts up and begins to fly. I suddenly realise my ex-husband is in the seat next to me, criticising me for not putting the car down to earth. There's a cat on my lap, and it looks up at me with particularly green, intense eyes.

So - I might become the car, and speak in the first person:

A: "I feel very warm from the sun - it feels nice - I just don't feel any desire to be in control anymore, I want to let go - just go, now I'm flying! It feels great!

B: "How do you feel about that woman driving you?"

A: " Oh, she's very serious, she always wants to keep things small and known."

B: "And about the man?"

A: "It looks like he wants to sort of torture her. I don't really like having him on my front seat"

And so on....
