We are pleased to announce the opening of a new meditation centre in London. Information about its whereabouts, the meditation
program and a contact telephone number can always be found at:
omweb.com/osho/sambodhi.
|
|
Next meditation day will be on Sunday 6th July (and every first Sunday in the month). Read Chetna’s letter to OSHOinUK explaining how it came about that
she opened the center.

More meditation in London: Rajesh tells us that he had noticed that, although there were many meditations happening
in Covent Gardens, there was no evidence of Osho anywhere. This has changed as Rajesh has managed to get the last free evening
in the month booked for Osho meditations at Neal’s Yard.
|
|
Krishna, Divya’s friend, or Rajesh will be leading Osho’s meditations there.
Dates and phone numbers can be found on our places to meditate page.

Ramana Dancers from India came for a visit to the UK. Read Pankaja’s article
where she tells us how she was able to help save 15 Indian orphan dancers from the heart breaking disappointment of having their dance
tour to the UK cancelled.

|
Devopama was then also able to invite the dancers to perform at his nursing home. Read his article about the
Ramana Dancers at Dunkirk Home with photos by Veena..

Meditating in Edinburgh, Scotland - Jivan Kavyo writes: "The meditations are going to be every Friday 6-8pm, audio discourse
followed by active meditation. We will also have a monthly meditation day." More details are on our regular meditations page.

Prem Sarita has written to us to tell us about a special meditation weekend held in London.
The event was organised by Ma Surya Kala in memory of her husband, Swami Jayanti Bhai, who left his
body on the 13th January 2008.

The Tiny Meditation: Be Aware of the Gap
In your silent moments when you are sitting, or traveling in a
train or in a plane, close your eyes and watch your breath. Going in,
you go in with it; coming out, you come outward.
As you go in, there is a small fragment of a moment when the breath
stops before it starts moving outward. And once it has moved outward,
for a split second the breathing stops again. These two points are
very significant, because as you become more and more aware, these
points will become more and more clear, longer.
One breath goes in and then there is a pause, breathing stops. And in that pause there is so
much beauty, so much bliss.
Osho – quote thanks to
mySamasati, the daily Osho quote
Quote: Nothing else is possible
You come to me seeking knowledge. You want set formulas so that you can cling to them. I don't give you any. In fact, if you
have any I take them away. By and by, I destroy your certainty. By and by, I make you more and more hesitant. By and by, I make
you more and more insecure.
That is the only thing that has to be done. That's the only thing a master needs to do! To leave you in total freedom. In total
freedom, with all the possibilities opening, nothing fixed... you will have to be aware. Nothing else is possible.
