Whilst the event in New Jersey would be available on a full board basis for those in residence at the hotel, the New York part may have facilities for accommodation only.  U.K. participants will find that the variety of food available in New York makes individual choice a necessity, and hotels do not normally offer 'all-inclusive' packages for you to book. All Participants may attend the New York program on a non residential basis if they prefer.

FEES:  Accepted in U.S. Dollars ($) & sterling (£) only

A Daily Fee for non residents in New Jersey, running from 10a.m. till 6.00p.m, is $200  (£125.00) per

until 6.00p.m. on Sunday  involves an additional hotel charge of $640(£380.00).

Residents Total is $1,390 (£850.00) if paid for by Sept. 1st  OR     $1,440  (£870.00) after that date.

For partial booking details (New Jersey only) please contact us with your requirements.

These 12 places are intended for participants who have already participated in the 4 day programme in New
Jersey, & only when booked and paid for in advance.  N.Y. Hotel costs are variable, and all applicants
should indicate their budget level if they wish the Academy to assist with their enquiries.  Bookings are on
a 'room only' basis, so ‘singles’ are more expensive than those sharing.

FOOTNOTE

The Academy of Antiques and Fine Arts

has been running events since 1996 and during that time has operated
not only in University Colleges but also run hotel based events.

The majority of our 'Antiques Breaks' have been run in the U.K. visiting
Wales, Scotland and England, with venues in both Oxford and
Cambridge University Colleges, and fine hotels in Edinburgh, London,
Chester, Caerleon and Bath.

We have covered a wide variety of subjects during these events and have
also arranged buying and/or touring breaks for participants – one based
in a Chateau in the Loire Valley, France, and another in hotels in New York,
Boston and New England, USA.

This is our first 'Jewels' Event and we are intending to make it an
annual occurrence around the same time every year.

If you have any favourite 'Jewelry Topics' (or any other Antique & Fine
Arts topics) that you would like to see included in the programme,
then please contact us and give us your ideas.
